The stunning ocean view from our room provided a picturesque backdrop to each morning. The staff’s cheerful greetings made us feel welcome everywhere we went, and the workouts in the gym with a view were breathtaking.

Our stay was unforgettable! The beach access offered stunning views, perfect for morning strolls. The creative cocktails by the pool bar were delightful. I highly recommend trying the chocolate molten cake at dinner. Be sure to reserve early for the popular dining spots to avoid long waits.

i had a wonderful time at secrets! the preferred club junior suite swimout was fantastic, and the spa treatments were a highlight. we really enjoyed the delicious meals at the market cafe, where chef carlos may and his team made dining memorable.

The breathtaking ocean views from our room were simply stunning, allowing us to enjoy peaceful mornings while taking in the natural beauty surrounding Conejos Bay. The resort is thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests of all ages.

More shaded areas around the pool would be beneficial.

The beach was a highlight, perfect for my granddaughter to collect shells. We also tried our hand at some fishing at nearby Marina Chahue, which was quite enjoyable. The staff's attentiveness, especially at the Italian restaurant, made every meal special.

For dads, it would be great if the area had more activities for families.

The stunning views from the Junior Suite with Hot Tub were a highlight, with breathtaking sunsets visible right from the room. The staff consistently provided excellent service, especially in the poolside snack bar where fresh options like wings and chips were available. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet left much to be desired with limited selections, and the coarse beach sand was tough on bare feet. Additionally, the Preferred Club lounge lacked ambiance, making it uninviting for relaxation.

We celebrated our 15th anniversary in a gorgeous room with a swimout pool, and the meals at the Market Café were unbeatable, especially with Chef Carlos's personal touch. I loved soaking in the jacuzzi and unwinding at the spa, which made our stay even better. The only hiccup was the wait at check-in, but it didn't take away from the amazing time we had! 🌊

A Check-in process felt chaotic

Junior Suite Swimout had fantastic access to the pool. The check-in process felt chaotic and disorganized. The beach provided good snorkeling opportunities, but there are limited water sport facilities. Friendly and attentive staff throughout the stay.
